Women's Track & Field Juniors
Krystal George is one of the most versitile athlete's on the track team this year. Throughout her 3 years Krystal has competed in some of the hardest event on the track, but if that was not enough she leaped her way into triple jump too. Krystal has played an integral role on the track team since her freshman year. From running the hurdles to competing in the 400 and 4x400 relay, Krystal has defined excellence.
Last year Krystal was part of the 2001 NEC Champion 4x400. Her personal bests are High Hurdles(14:76), 25.77(200 meters), 58.44(400 meters), and 3:54(4x400 Relay). If Krystal thought running was not enough she managed to beat a school record in the triple jump with 36'5 at the RMu Colonial Classic.
Smith feels that " others are going to see great things from Krystal on the track and the runway. We look to have her blossom as a leader of this squad." With that said Krystal is going to makes things happen on the track this year in one way or another.
