Robert Morris Cross Country
Erin Ehman ran an excellent cross country season for Robert Morris University. She placed 6th individually at the NEC championships at Schenley Park with a time of 18:49, in which she recieved All-Conference Honors.
Smith comments that, "Erin took a gigantic step forward this year . She is one of those types of kids who trusts everything the coaches say, and that was clearly evident in her results this year. It is going to be fun to watch her continue to blossom as her career moves foward.
Erin is only a sophmore with many more seasons to run, which is great for the Women's Team. Besides running cross country, Erin has a pretty impressive resume when it comes to events on the track. Last year she was part of the Women's 4x400 NEC Championship Relay team indoors. Erin's personal bests are 59.0 (400 meters), 2:17 (800 meters), and 5:03 (1500 meters). According to Smith, "Erin is a coaches dream. She does anything that you ask her to do and she listens intently. That's why she's probably the most improved from last year's team." With that said it looks like Erin is headed for more personal success on the track in the future.
